Breakfast this morning was two cups of coffee, a glass of orange juice, half of a white grapefruit, and a bowl of toasted oat cereal with sliced banana and milk. I weighed 158 pounds.
This morning at the office I had two cups of green tea with a cinnamon stick.
For lunch I walked over to the HUB — about two miles, round trip — and had a salad.
Dinner was a salad with a slice of Rustic Country Bread.
