¹ Gas prices are still trending down — a full 22¢ below their recent high — while U.S. crude oil prices notched up a fresh record high above $44 a barrel today. A cynical person might think some people were colluding to control the price of gasoline during the run up to November in order to influence the results of the election. I seem to have left my tin foil hat at home today. 
² These numbers are still bogus. The method I am using to determine Miles/Gallon and ¢/Mile only works if two consecutive fill-ups are consistent.
