Breakfast was a bowl of cold cereal and a cup of coffee.
I went over to the HUB at lunch with some of the guys from the office and had Panda Express garlic chicken with mixed vegetables on chow mein noodles with hot and sour soup, and a fortune cookie.

On the way back, I stopped in at the Penn State Creamery for an Alumni Swirl cone, which is a vanilla-based ice cream with crunchy swiss mocha chips and a blueberry ribbon, specially created for the 2001 opening of the Hintz Family Alumni Center (though I’m sure that this is a fresh batch ).
Dinner was a cheese pizza with two bottles of Sierra Nevada Pale Ale.
OHMYGOSH you had Creamery Ice Cream!!! MmMmMmmmmmm…… Ice Cream….. MmMmmmm…
I’m gonna have to get me one of them when I go back up there!
