Beer Recipe of the Week: Nirvana Chanterelle Ale on Homebrewers Association:
This specialty Belgian ale gets a dose of Chanterelle mushroom extract made from a half pound of mushrooms soaked in vodka. A very delicate and ethereal fruitiness is instilled when the extract is added during bottling/kegging.
