A quick an easy salad for your white beans.
We used Wild Planet tuna. It’s unusual and sustainable, but we still keep tuna as an occasional treat.
Great beans for this salad would be Royal Corona, Alubia Blanca, Cassoulet, or Ayocote Blanco

The film begins in present day and works backwards chronologically through Elton’s life right until the moment on Christmas morning when he received the special gift that changed his life.

It’s hard to define what makes something beautiful, but we seem to know beauty when we see it. Why is that and how does beauty affect our subconscious?

This video was a collaboration with the creative agency Sagmeister & Walsh as a contribution to their upcoming Beauty exhibition at the MAK Vienna from October 23rd onwards.
