Breakfast was two slices of toasted Italian bread with honey, a glass of orange juice, and a cup of coffee.
I had another cup of coffee at the office.
About mid way through the morning I had an Act II Mini Bag microwave popcorn.
Over lunch I walked around campus — probably about 4 miles. On the way back I stopped at the HUB and had Panda Express Sushi — four California rolls and three Inari.
Dinner was beef stew on toasted potato white bread, sweet corn, and a bottle of Sierra Nevada Pale Ale, with a slice of apple pie for dessert.
