Food Log

Breakfast was a bowl of cold cereal, a glass of orange juice, and two cups of coffee.

At the office, I had a cup of green tea and a Nature Valley Oats ’N Honey Crunchy Granola Bar.

I walked the three mile round trip to Picallili’s and had a salad for lunch.

Dinner was a bowl of potato chowder, a garden salad, two slices of Foolproof Focaccia, and a bottle of Sierra Nevada Pale Ale.
