I went for a lower body workout at the MBNA Fitness Center tonight:

  1. Treadmill: 5 minutes @ 4 m.p.h.
  2. Seated Leg Press: 12@220, 12@220
  3. Prone Leg Curl: 12@4+3, 12@4+3
  4. Seated Calf Extension: 9@8+2, 11@8+2
  5. Seated Crunch: 12@5, 12@5
  6. Back Extension: 12@135, 12@135
  7. Treadmill: 5 minutes @ 4 m.p.h.

There were only four people in line to get into the fitness center tonight. I think I sense a trend. ;-)
