Breakfast was half a white grapefruit, scrambled eggs, sauteed mushrooms, a piece of toasted challa bread with apricot jam, and a cup of black coffee.
I had a cup of coffee and a bottle of water this morning.
I walked over to the Creamery and picked up a Dutch Apple Yogurt, then I walked over to the HUB and ate it while watching some civil rights documentary on the big-screen TV in the lobby, then walked back — round-trip total about 3 miles.
I had a baked potato, two carrots, a slice of challa bread, and four whole-wheat oatmeal raisin cookies (made with lard, not vegetable shortening), and a bottle of water when I got back to the office.
When I got home, G and I each had a glass of red wine.
