Breakfast was a bowl of bananas slices and pineapple pieces, an Ultimate Sticky Bun, and two cups of coffee.
I went over to the library over lunch (3 miles). I had a Nature Valley Oats ’N Honey Crunchy Granola Bar when I got back.
Dinner was a garden salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette topped with grilled swordfish, fried patty-pan squash, mashed potatoes, and two bottles of Sierra Nevada Pale Ale, with a hand full of peanuts for dessert.
